We are a group of foreign investors interested in buying shares (minority or majority) in Polish companies (SME segment) with a high potential profit to support the company's growth strategy.

Initial investment criteria and preferences:

- no sectoral preferences,

- value of a single investment 1-5 million eur,

- annual turnover min. 1 million eur,

- unspecified exit (long-term commitment also possible)

- companies located in the vicinity of major Polish cities,

- strong management,

- we are interested in profitable companies, which are not in bad financial condition.
